Ash Fischbein and Matt Trahan have set out on a journey. To make one of the oldest fermented drinks in the world. Mead. But with a New Hampshire twist! Adding 100% pure New Hampshire Maple Syrup!

In an effort to create and maintain local economy and sustainability, our main ingredients are as local as we are. We make our mead in small batches to focus on the craft of making the tastiest meads that we can. Only the most superior meads fill our bottles.
